RETURN POLICY

It is our promise to you to supply you with the best possible product with the best possible prices available.  MyELiquidSupplier.com can be contacted by email or phone.  Information is listed on the Contact page. 
ALL ELIQUID Sales are final, there is no return of eliquid.  If you purchase eliquid and do not like the flavor you can not return it.  If you place a order and mark the wrong Levels you can not return it or get a replacement Flavor for customer error on check out.  MyELiquidSupplier.com asks you check your cart before checking out to ensure every thing you are ordering is correct.
All liquids, disposable, usable or consumable merchandise is sold As-Is, with no warranties express nor implied There are no returns on disposable eliquid accesories/ clearomizers or cartomizers including atomizers. 

RETURNING HARDWARE

Unicorn Vapors only accepts returns on hardware unless specified on the product page.  Normal warranty on on products is listed if available on hardware and mechanical devices. 

Inspection of hardware

Should  an item be inspected, and deemed not to be defective, you will be  contacted and the item will be returned to you. Should an item be  inspected, deemed defective, and we are not be able to replace the  defective merchandise: we will issue a refund for the purchase price of  the defective merchandise. Shipping charges remain the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns or replacements due to user error,  for example reasons such as:  I don't like it - I thought it was  something else - I did not like the color - I didn't know what I was  buying - It doesn't fit my current model, etc. - will not be accepted  for return.  We expect you to take responsibility for your own decisions  in these types of matters.  Please do not return anything without an  RMA number - any non authorized merchandise returns will be returned to sender, or thrown away at your expense.  We do not accept returns on physically damaged items. To get a RMA NUMBER please email Unicorn Vapors with reason for returning product, and invoice order number. Wait to recieve a RMA and address to ship return too.
